There are a few things you can do to help you log into the client area.
#1 - Do a password reset. Check your email address that is on file with IRC and make sure that you have the email. If it is not in your inbox then please check your spam/bulk folder. In that email there will be a link for you to use to change your password. This link is only good for a two hour period.
#2 - If you did not receive the email and still having problems logging in please contact us at sales@ivyrosecreations.com and we will assist you on getting into your account.
