To upload a template into word press.
#1 - download the template onto your computer. Make sure to save it somewhere you know where it's at.
#2 - locate the folder and if it's a zip file you will need to extract it.
#3 - You will need to FTP the files to your server. The best one to use is called ACE FTP Free. That can be located at
http://software.visicommedia.com/en/products/aceftpfreeware/.
#4 - upload the files to your /blog/wp-content/themes folder.
#5 - Once uploaded to your folder, disconnect from the server.
#6 - Log into your wordpress admin area.
#7 - In your dashboard click on Appearance.
#8 - Go through your available themes and select the theme you want to show on your site (Just click on the image).
#9 - Over on the left you see a link that says Activate Theme Name. Click on that.
#10 - Your theme is now showing on your blog.
